At Bag Tags, we take pride in the quality of our custom-printed luggage tags. Because each tag is personalized and printed to order using high-resolution 600dpi thermal retransfer technology on durable PVC, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your luggage tag arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will either reprint and ship a replacement tag at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. To submit a claim, email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the defect or damage.

Print Quality Guarantee

Our scratch-resistant thermal retransfer printing process delivers photo-quality results. If the print quality of your tag does not meet our published standards (e.g., blurry images, incorrect colors, smudging, or peeling), we will reprint your tag free of charge. Please note that print output depends on the resolution and quality of the image you upload. We cannot guarantee results for images that are low-resolution, heavily compressed, or otherwise unsuitable for printing.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong design, wrong address information, wrong attachment type), please contact us within 14 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because our luggage tags are custom-printed, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: custom photo luggage tags where the image was provided by the customer and printed correctly, tags that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery, and orders placed more than 14 days prior to the claim.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will reprint and reship your order or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
