By accessing or using the Bag Tags website at bagtags.instantcard.net (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Products and Services

Bag Tags offers custom-printed luggage tags and bag tags on durable PVC CR80 cards using high-resolution 600dpi thermal retransfer printing technology. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen calibration differences. We make every effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible.

Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Custom Photo Uploads

When you upload a photo or image for a custom luggage tag, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have the legal right to use it, the image does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights, copyright, trademark, or right of publicity, and the image does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse to print any image that violates these terms. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally where available. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our separate Return Policy page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Bag Tags or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bag Tags, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or these Terms and Conditions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
